We started Clayton & Crume for one simple reason - Most Belts Suck. Department store belts crack, peel, and fall apart before they’re even broken in—unlike the rugged, long-lasting belts our grandpas wore.
We’re bringing that standard back.
Nowadays, folks try to sell you “genuine leather”, a buzzword invented to trick you into buying another belt…that was ultimately designed to be thrown away.
It was the decline in craftsmanship and being fed up with department store belts that gave Clayton & Crume its start. We’re bringing back tried and true craftsmanship to everyday leather goods. Because everyday folks deserve goods made the time-honored, good-ol’-fashioned way. And you deserve a belt you don’t have to throw away.
